Great seller - awesome service
Purchased this phone to replace another phone and had trouble connecting to the Consumer Cellular network. After talking to the people at AllOutMobile for a solution to the problem and trying to connect after 2 days, talked to Samsung only to find out the S8+ is unable to receive Consumer Cellular network. AllOutMobile refunded the purchase price without hesitation. These guys are stand-up guys in my opinion. When it's time to upgrade, I will not hesitate to call these guys again

Recieved the phone looked beautiful and all but couldnt get it connected to my service something was defective so returned it for a refund, was returned and received back on 10/17/23 still have not heard back on the refund i am still waiting on my refund its been more then a week since they received it back and still no word on anything😥

Samsung S8+ Cell still Awesome
Even though this phone is a 2+ years old, it still accomplishes most common everyday tasks and is capable of performing nearly as well as the new models in most features. Great Phone.

Faulty product, seller won't replace. Phone now useless!
I had this phone a total of 44 days when the touchscreen stopped responding. Seller is refusing to replace what was allegedly a brand new phone. After initial contact with seller, they ignored me until I contacted them again asking how they planned to resolve the issue. They are selling faulty products and refusing replace them when they stop working 6 weeks after purchase. Their only offer was for me to send them the phone so they could "troubleshoot" the problem. NOPE. I'm not giving them the opportunity to rip me off even more!I'm editing my review to add that 5 months after purchasing this allegedly brand new phone, it is now completely useless. It has never been dropped, subjected to any hard hits, or been submerged in water. It literally became useless overnight. This seller is ripping people off!

Phone was in good shape
The phone was unlock and ready to be set up. All I did was add my sim card. The only thing I was a little disappointed that it didnt have the original charger but this charger seem to be a fast charger. So far so good

Can't return defective phone if it's past return window.😡
I purchased this Samsung phone from Amazon in good faith. The phone is defective. It heats up and shuts off. When I contacted Amazon they said it was Out of return time. I would never buy anything again that was from a direct manufacture such as Samsung from Amazon. I discussed with 2 agents who both did not help me. Terrible service. Very upset.
