Very helpful for my loved one who is almost 90 and has had difficulties writing her signature. Adding a wrist weight also helps wrist stability for some people, and they are not just for exercise. She's also using these for a very light work out with her PT now. A double win! They are not difficult to use.

I was skeptical at first but when these ankle came in I was actually surprised because they were the perfect ankle weights that I needed to enhance my workouts especially in Pilates it made a huge difference. These 2 lbs. ankle weights were comfortable, soft material (sand baggish) & with adjustable straps. Nice product

These weights are easy to get on and off. Velcro seems to be very strong, hopefully it holds up. I would recommend these for leg exercises.

I got these to wear at my job (where I’m on my feet all day) and they slid down a lot. It was nice to be able to readjust them, but they were a bit bulky. It did fit okay though and you could tell it was good quality.

I needed 4lb ankle weights but they also needed to be small enough not to slide around on my ankles when doing PT exercises at home. Quality looks good and fit is perfect.

I have used these at PT and wanted to get a pair for home use. They are not easy to tighten and the straps are very long and keep getting stuck on the velcro . Once on they keep sliding. The ones from PT were much better

Been using for 4 months. Still look brand new. Balanced weight Velcro is strong and sturdy even after daily use. Will also purchase a heavier set.

The weights look great but the website says the light purple are 1lb each but they are actually 1kg each so are too heavy for what I need. Thankfully returns are easy.

Nice weights. First time using this type. Soft and comfortable to wear on ankles...no digging. Fits nicely around ankle and no sliding down. The velcro is pretty strong though...takes a bit of strength to pull off and wrap around weights...in the process I hurt my index finger. So, I am now more careful with the velcro...just take my time with it. Overall, a great pair of 5lbs weights. Will see how long it will last though.

these are great. A little scratchy my ankles where it connects. Socks help
