Tengo apenas tres días de usarlo , y me gustado mucho como se siente mi cuello tengo rectificación y cifosis en la c4 y C5,así que necesito más tiempo para evaluar mejor ,pero en estos diasuy bien me ha servido

As a Chiropractor that specializes in corrective care, I can say that this cervical block works great on my patients. It's design is not supposed to be comfortable, but to facilitate the remodeling of the cervical curve. I have been personally using it for two months now with my family and just ordered more of these to sell in my practice. I especially like the option to ease people into each level as appropriate. It isn't as comfortable as I thought. I was using a foam handle grip for weights and it was more comfortable than these. These are tooo hard , I tried 2 together then just 1, but not good.
