I'm happily surprised! These work every way the name brand does but a little cheaper! They come in a sturdy box, no needing to use an axe to get them out of the plastic packages! Recommend!

I don't know if five star is a correct rating for these batteries as I have not used them long enough to know how long they last. What I do know is that they seem to provide more power then brand name batteries. I purchased them for my 10-year-old frother that was working well but was frustrated by the frequency of the need for fresh batteries. On my first use of these I noticed the frother was running at a much higher speed than normal. After my third use I found the frother stopped working and the motor apparently was burned out as it wouldn't start even with brand name batteries. I checked them on a meter and they registered 1.61 volts, the same as brand name batteries. I'm a bit leary of using them and anything else. I could get the frother to start with a little assist on my part but after a short run time of maybe 15 seconds I felt heat in the handle and when I removed the batteries they were very hot.
