The media could not be loaded. Replacement Process is so worst it took 18 Days to replace. The product I got in replacement is also defective, touchpad buttons are not working. Previous product was well configured.Pre installed Windows 10 Pro & MS Office is not genuine, may be cracked one.1 star is for system specifications provided in the price range.

Bad experience, broken laptop
The media could not be loaded. Received Think pad laptop today, bolts are not fitted , gaps in keyboard, very Poor sound quality.
