4C Premium Gluten Free Bread Crumbs, Plain, 12 Ounce (Pack of 1)

A good gluten free alternative for "breading or coating" your foods. Make sure to use egg, mayo, mustard, something for then "crumbs" to stick to. Also found if you can refrigerate your food (once coated and sprayed with oil of your choice) for at least 15 minutes before cooking (I only bake and air fry) you get better results with it sticking.

I like these GF bread crumbs. They have a good texture, crisp up nicely, and don't have any odd aftertaste some GF product do. They work great for breading and baking, I will keep buying them.

Makes a great meatloaf and breads chicken tenders and fish perfectly.

Somehow these breadcrumbs produce a crisper, crunchier, tastier crust on baked chicken and fish than "normal" bread crumbs. This is a gluten free substitute that exceeds expectations.

These bread crumbs help make the tastiest meat loaf! All flavor and no discomfort. We were very happy with the these and will use the for other recipes, too, like breaded cod, yum!

I guess I'm one of the few who isn't impressed with this product. The "crumbs" are tiny balls and powder- no problem there, but I found it extremely gummy in my recipes when I used it for a coating. It took some work to scrape it off the end of the spatula. We throw scraps to the crows, and I'm pretty sure they were blowing bubbles with the fried chicken leftovers. The taste is fine, and there's 12 ounces in the can, so I feel it's not a bad price for the amount you get considering its gluten free. I'm very grateful for gluten free options and would buy this again if it worked for my needs.
