Bad delivery
Products look good, opened up , not broken , delivered on time, but driver just dropped it(tossed ) at front steps, did tell driver not to drop it next time, got no response.

Reliable so far!
So far no issues! Used the stone 6 times since getting it and it’s been great for us! Heats up nicely and is easy to clean. No sticking issues. The paddle is so helpful too! I’d recommend to someone if they were in the market for this product

Pretty great
This is a fantastic stone, especially for the price. Love the wooden paddle, it can be used as a cutting board as well.
