I purchased this for my kids and I to put together over the winter and while at first I was hesitant to spend the money on this, I am so glad I did! We had a ton of fun working on this together and it looks super cool. For context, my 12 year old twins did most of the work, I was just there to help with set up and holding Bowser so they can attach things to him. The box says 16+ but I feel like younger preteens would also be able to work on this. Now that Bowser is finished, we are anxiously waiting for another Mario character to be available to build.

I bought this for my teenage son for his birthday. He's been getting back into Legos and he's a gamer from current gen to retro systems. He finished it in a couple of nights and it turned out well. It's a very solid piece and it posable. He enjoys the building part of it and after a few weeks, he took it completely apart and a few days later assembled it again.

Gifted to a Lego lover for Xmas, and spent the rest of the holiday putting other together, and keeps the finished product of their desk. Great gift.
