I received the wrong scent and Amazon was not able to replace it with the correct one. I was a bit disappointed since I wanted the product, but the customer service was fantastic on the return! They refunded my purchase price before I even sent the product back and they made the return very easy!! Thanks for the great service!!The 4 stars are because I have this product that I purchased at a local store and I really like it. It is a bit expensive for what you get hence the 1 star deduction, but overall I really like this product!

These diffusers last a long time and are pretty fragrant. Would highly recommend as I think they are definitely worth the money especially relative to other diffusers

My friend has same name and all , hers is not clear liquid like your plus has a strong and very long lasting FragranceKind of disappointed

Finally an air freshener that works , after 2 months it's still going strong. It fills an entire room with a fresh scent but it does not overpower.

I have been using this fragrance for quite some time and it never fails to give me a pleasant welcome home. Not overpowering just exactly enough fragrance to let you know it is there.

I love the scent, but it is extremely weak, I feel like it is perhaps old stock. I placed it in my small laundry room and even in a small place with the door closed all day scent is very, very faint. Disappointed.
