Update: Amazon shipped us a new cat right away. This one works great and my daughter loves. The tail on the cat is very flimsy, It broke within a few days. However fly daughter still loves. Changing the review from 2 to 4 stars.We bought this to give to my daughter for Christmas. The box the package was shipped in was OK but the product package on the inside was pretty damaged. I thought it would be OK. On Christmas morning the product would turn is head one way and get stuck, you could hear the motor trying to work but it was jammed. It also caused the batteries to start and overheat. Amazon has shipped a new device to us, if this ones is better I will update. Its a cute toy and my daughter was really bummed that it would not work.

My grandson wants it so badly for Christmas that I ordered one while I could get it. Seems they are hard to find. It came in good condition, fluffy and attractive. My husband and I took it out of the box and put in fresh batteries in order to make sure it works. I should have known it wouldn't be like it looks in the advertisement video. It doesn't respond easily like a real cat. You do have to mash down pretty hard in the key spots on the toy in order to make it respond. I think my grandson will accept that issue, though. It does make all the sounds and movements it's supposed to. But not quite as cute as it looks in the ad video.

My Granddaughter loves it. I looked at a FurReal first and I didn't like the fur on it. I knew she would like a longer haired cat. Then I found this one and I am so glad I did. It works wonderfully and when it drives Daddy crazy it can be turned off at the foot. It comes with the batteries but uses regular batteries so they are easily replaceable without having to find some weird size you never heard of.

i got hasbros joy all pets cat. so i want a 2nd! im give 4 stars only cuz no muting option. a bit to much meow!!! need volume control... also a bit to much noise of motors. Hasbro done better!!! but for childrens ok!!! Package of this kitty cat terrible, most ppl dont want this i think,

I bought this for a birthday party for a friend’s child. The child was so excited that she finally got to have a cat- since her mother won’t let her have the real deal! I got this for a good price on Amazon too!The best part was of course having the mom tell me that her child sleeps with it every night and treats it like a real animal!Would buy again!

I am not sure if its the seller or the actual toy its self but this was something my daughter had been begging for for a while so I ordered it as her "Santa Present" and it got here on time and was adorable FOR THE FIRST DAY. After that the batteries have been changed 5 times, all brand new batteries, and it still only works for a day. I didnt try to return it because my kids had already played with it and got it dirty, not to mention the box ripped to shreds on Christmas. But I bought another one from another seller and it was a different color cat and it has worked fine with no issues. So if i were reading this i would just buy it in store so you can return it if need be. Another thing i had issues with with both which is more about the toy itself is it tells you to pop the tail in place but gives you a crappy black and white picture on how to do so and you never really know if its right or not.

This toy was a gift for my granddaughter and she seemed to like it but I have not seen her with it since I gave it to her. Her little brother likes it so much that he wants to get the puppy one. Amazon pricing was just as good as anybody else and since I'm a prime member it was great. I hate shopping so I LOVE Amazon.

Well it is adorable however like the other reviews mentioned it flops (not well made) around and works intermittently. We gave it to our 2 year old granddaughter who loves kittens and there would be no sending it back. She hugs, cuddles and adores this furry thing. BTW isn't that what it's all about?

wir haben mittlerweile 3 von diesen Tierchen gekauft. 2 Hunde und diese Katze. Ein Hund ging leider schon kaputt. Das Batterienwechseln ist nichts für schwache Nerven und fehlende Feinmotorik.Ansonsten sind die Tierchen geliebt und werden immer wieder ausgekramt. Auch gerne mal mit in den Sandkasten genommen, oder Supermarkt ...In den Tieren ist ein Motor verbaut, der die Gliedmaßen, die Gesichtszüge oder den Bauch bewegt (bei der Katze wird der Kopf, der Schwanz und die Gesichtszüge bewegt; bei den Hunden der Bauch der Kopf und die Gesichtszüge). Leider ist das je nach Bewegung mal lauter, mal weniger laut.Unsere Kinder stört das nicht. Mich schon etwas.Das Tier hat nun schon den ein oder anderen Sturz überstanden, ich hoffe das bleibt auch so.

I was pleased to have gotten this for my daughter as it was what she had asked for. The delivery time by Amazon went without hitch and the item was packaged well. On the product itself, I felt the price of £50 which was the cheapest I could find at the time was a little too expensive for the item and the limited things it does. It rolls it's head, closes it's eyes as if to sleep wags its tail and purrs when being petted which isn't the best repertoire of features. My child however loved it so what price can be put on that? Very Love gattino è sicuramente all'altezza del suo più famoso cuginetto cagnolino. E' adorabile quando apre e chiude gli occhi e quando beve il latte (dove bisogna però quasi spingerlo sulla ciotola, il movimento non è per niente dolce). Inclina la testa e muove la coda dolcemente che è una favola. La pecca? Per il prezzo che ha ti aspetti almeno un paio di interazioni (anche sonore) in più. Certo arriva con le batterie (che un loro costo lo hanno) ma perde abbastanza pelo. Non influisce sulla sua morbidezza anche dopo settimane... ma sarà un po' come un gatto vero e dovrete spesso ripulirvi dopo le coccole! Nel complesso un dolcissimo animaletto interattivo ben realizzato.

Couldn’t stop stroking this adorable fluffy kitten! I bought this supersoft, lifelike cuddly ball of fur for a 94-year-old friend who is in a nursing home – they’re not allowed pets and she really misses her cats. She couldn’t believe what it could do when she stroked it or rubbed its ears, watching the tail flick from side to side and the eyes open and close. The nurses thought I had brought in a live kitten! I had some difficulty positioning the tail, never did hear a click so perhaps it was already in place as it was moving back and forth when the sensors were activated. The button is a bit stiff to turn on and off for good reason, so no accidentally turning it on, but I’m sure the nurses will help her. She was so happy when I left, such a great investment for a fellow cat lover!

The media could not be loaded.  Bought this as my little one wanted a "electronic cat toy" and it looks really cool and good quality. Everyone I showed it to: kids and adults alike love to stroke it to make it purr and find the eye shutting, meowing, snoring and tail wagging pretty amusing! The only small drawback is the "robotic" sound it makes but it's a brilliant toy otherwise and will make young ones happy! As close to the real thing as can be..you can even turn it off if you want it to ignore you like a real cat.
