I have rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia.I fight pain daily and recently have had some severe hip pain.I took this the first time in the evening, as I read some reviews that said they used it to help rest. My pain is worst after a long day so I thought it was worth a try.This formula has a lot of helpful ingredients and couldn't hurt for sure. I have taken turmeric for years.I really didn't expect to experience anything at all to begin with.But, the first time I took it within several hours, and lasting into about 4 or 5 hours the hip pain reduced by more than half.I really thought it was a coincidence, but, every night this continues to happen. After several weeks the affects are lasting for about 10 hours now and when I have pain it is a lot less. The inflammation all over my body is down and especially noticeable in that hip where every move sounded like a creaky door and would pop and click so loudly you could hear ot across the room.Now, this has decreased noticeably.I expect this will continue to build on my system and help all around.Just so grateful to have so much relief so quickly.

I absolutely LOVE this product!! I have fibromyalgia and chronic Lyme disease. I have tried many things over the years with little or no improvement or benefit. When I started taking this I noticed that I was falling asleep. Actually falling asleep and not laying there wide awake at 3am! I also noticed that my pain levels have decreased. Swelling and inflammation have also decreased! My energy levels have also increased. I have a very sensitive stomach and this has never bothered my stomach. I take one in the morning and one at night. I seem to do well with 2 a day but may increase to 3 a day and see if I receive any additional benefits. I cannot recommend this enough. Especially if you have Lyme or fibromyalgia.

I love this product. My sister recommended Ancient Apothecary. The Tumeric works to reduce inflammation and PAIN plus will help to go gently to sleep if you are taking it in the evening. However if you take it in the day time and are active you won't feel the sleepiness.This product is easy on your stomach if you follow the instructions. It has improved the quality of my life related to knee replacement, arthritis, and a foot/toe fracture. Amazing stuff. I highly recommend this brand!

I believe it s a good effective product & will continue to take it but not noticing changes physically or mentally, it is one of several supplements I take & I like that it has ashwaghanda , black pepper & other beneficial ingredients.

I was taking another Curcumin extract supplement. Switched over to this one because it also had ashwagandha in it which I have found to help me. After the first few doses I noticed a difference in my mood and outlook. After a few more days and doses later I notice a significant reduction in back and leg pain. My brain feel happier as well. Not sure if a benefit from overall reduction in inflammation or the combination of herbs here. Will take from now on as a daily helper for inflammation. I feel 10 years younger and all these effects make me much happier!

I've been taking a different brand of turmeric for a couple of years. It really helped in reducing inflammation and chronic pain. It also caused me to sleep more deeply. My former brand was formulated to 95% curcumin and had gotten so expensive. Thought I'd give Ancient Apothecary turmeric a try because it's cheaper. I'm so disappointed. It is nowhere near as potent as my previous brand. Inflammation has increased. Psoriasis and knee pain is are worst. Cheaper is not always better. This is not a bad brand of turmeric. It's just not as good as what I took previously. I reordered my original brand. Paid the higher price and can't wait until it arrives and I can start taking it again! Sorry... This Ancient Apothecary brand of turmeric is not for me.
