Great product, great service.
The first one I got, the stone broke. I emailed the company they immediately got back to me and offered to make a new one. It still took the time to make and ship twice, but the second ring is PERFECT!!! Not a single issue and I've been wearing it for weeks now. I have no complaints about the company or the ring. I would definitely recommend.

The fit is perfect, it is really great quality and doesn't get wear or tear from wearing it 24/7. Does good with water. Perfect to remember my little baby girl

Stone cracked and fell out
My husband and I got matching rings to honor our baby boy who we lost. My ring is fine, but my husband works with his hands a bit more than I do and the stone in his ring cracked and fell out within weeks of getting the rings. His ring also just got really scratched up and not very nice pretty quickly. And when I say he works with his hands, I don't mean a ton. He works in a plant nursery on Saturdays, so he moves plants around sometimes one day a week. Anyway, if you have a desk job like me, the ring will be fine. If you do anything more than type with your hands the ring will get scratched and you'll probably lose the stone, which is just glued in.

Stone came out again
We purchased this ring for Christmas we were late getting it when we finally got it the first time the stone fell out. No problem company sent a replacement but it takes a long time to get the replacement. She had the ring a couple of weeks and the stone came out again. I do not want another replacement Thank you
