I don't like electrolyte drinks so these work great for me.

As a runner and a drinker, this product has saved me multiple times. Taken before and during a long run, it keeps you hydrated well. Taken before bed after drinking, it keeps you from a hang over. Best of both worlds. This is my third box, I’ve had decent experience with using this product for both. Oh, it’s also helpful for staying hydrated on long flights.

Product is fine but box was sent in an envelope. Display boxes were all smashed and useless.

I got these because I was spending most of my time outside in the heat. 100+ degree days doing manual labor means you sweat a lot and lose electrolytes faster than your favorite sports drink can replace them.I usually took one of these packets in the morning before I started my day, maybe another one in the middle of the day if I was exerting myself more than usual, and drank plenty of water and drinks with electrolytes in them. It helped keep me from experiencing the worst side effects of dehydration.

I take this twice a day and it keeps me from getting any more leg cramps. Easy to swallow tablets too.

I bought these because I was preparing a bug out bag for 3 college kids far away from me. I needed to put as much emergency stuff in each bag without weighing them down. Most electrolyte tabs I got were bottles .I found these in Amazon, ordered last Friday arrived in 3 days. Problem is they covered with some manufacturer sticker the expiry date and I painstakingly removed it to see what is the expiry date, afterall most bottles of electrolyte tabs have expiry dates. I know because i got some. So to my dismay it says N/A. Now i dont believe that electrolyte tabs will not have any expiry date at all. I've heard from some friends that maybe 5 years? I cannot gfo by maybe.The expiry date is very important to me even if you get a lot for $13 plus . I cannot give it a 4 because when it comes to meds expiration dates are important. Otherwise I will give it a 3. I have to return it because cannot buy a medication even if supplement that has no expiry date and maybe reason manufacturer stuck sticker to cover it?
