Deik Electric Brush, Replacement Brush for ZB1516 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner

Exactly what I needed when I broke my Deik. replacement works as great as the original.

I am not a verified purchase as you can we'll see if I were I'd give 5 stars for sure. But for the time I've owned my vacuum I have run into problems with the power hear and need a replacement. I cannot find a replacement anywhere on the entire web not on deiks website nor Amazon or anywhere else. This is such an amazing Vacuum especially for the price but where the heck are the replacements I only see 2 reviewes which makes me think they only had two power brush head replacements out of all the units they sold. So I give an F rating for not sticking up for customer needs accordingly. Customer service kindly responded promptly when I told them the issues of my deiks power head I have lately. They asked if I could upload photos and videos of the vacuum and what is wrong with it and I did twice on separate occasions. Only to hear nothing back I told them the second time that I require ONLY the Deik power hear brush model number FB1651 which is listed above as currently unavailable. Now why should I have to go without using my Vacuum in its entirety because of the company's short coming of not stocking up for customer related issues like these. I can find Dyson, Hoover & Shark generic and genuine parts east for a multitude of vacuums easily. If you are going to service the public with a product be sure to back it up 100% no matter what the customer demands.
