Works great for me.
I bought my first month supply back in July. Took a few nights for the product to work. I had been using products with diphenhydramine regularly, and knew it was not recommended for long term use, so I was looking for a natural replacement. Regular melatonin supplements didn't really help. I had no trouble falling asleep, it was getting back to sleep after waking up that caused me trouble. RediNite has solved that problem. In the past 6 weeks since I started taking it, I have had, I think, 3 nights of troubled sleep. And that was due to stress about family stuff. Otherwise, I fall asleep at my regular time, around 10 pm, wake around 1:30-2:30 to pee, and go back to sleep until 5:30 or so, giving me about 7 hours of deep sleep. I love getting up early, so this is working wonders for me. No side effects at all.

Feel asleep fast. Then woke up every two hours throughout the night.
Took these pills on 5 different nights. Same result each time. Feel asleep quickly THEN I woke up every two hours throughout the night. Woke up in the morning somewhat alert but then after 1 hrs. I was extremely tired because I had wolen up every other hour throughout the night. Additionally, each time I took the pills the nights dreams were very vivid and most discomforting types of dreams. I would NOT recommend this product. I threw the (basically full) bottle away.

A little nudge into sleep.
These seem to help just a bit when trying to get to sleep, and not an Rx like the rest of 'em.

Feel like I got fleeced, especially for the price. This sleep aid did not work for me. Sticking with Sleep 3 by Natrol.

Effectiveness
I take only 1 capsule 1 hour before bed. However I don’t find it to be that effective. Anyway I’m not going to take more than 1 capsule as it could be other side effect.
