Understanding it doesn’t work on everyone.
It worked for me 💯%, then again I’m very sensitive to medication. I understand why it works on some and not others.. and I only took one pill.

Feel asleep fast. Then woke up every two hours throughout the night.
Took these pills on 5 different nights. Same result each time. Feel asleep quickly THEN I woke up every two hours throughout the night. Woke up in the morning somewhat alert but then after 1 hrs. I was extremely tired because I had wolen up every other hour throughout the night. Additionally, each time I took the pills the nights dreams were very vivid and most discomforting types of dreams. I would NOT recommend this product. I threw the (basically full) bottle away.

Never opened this bottle or never broke seal so why can't if return it it in an over the counter med and it costs a lot

These seem to help just a bit when trying to get to sleep, and not an Rx like the rest of 'em.

Did not work for me
Feel like I got fleeced, especially for the price. This sleep aid did not work for me. Sticking with Sleep 3 by Natrol.

Brain Fog Included
I was looking for a sleep aid. This seemed pretty good but they must include a significant amount of melatonin because the sleep carried over to late morning, after sleeping 9.5 hours, and it took another few hours to get passed the brain fog. I tried to research the amount of melatonin is included but could not find any information.

Effectiveness
I take only 1 capsule 1 hour before bed. However I don’t find it to be that effective. Anyway I’m not going to take more than 1 capsule as it could be other side effect.
