10/10 Worked from my first use, Stretched my tight muscles in the right side of my neck and eased the pain in not just my Neck, but also my Back Legs and feet! The pain vanished!! I was blown away and also didn't even think it was my Neck causing my Sore back! But hey, it worked, I did stiffen up a Little again, but I just used it again and after using this a few times now my neck and back are far less painful and my mobility far better! I thought I'd pulled muscles in my back or pinched a nerve, but Nope, i must have pulled a muscle in my neck or jerked it causing my Excruciating back pain!!
