Easy to use Ear seeds along with ‘Acupuncture Kit’ & booklet to show you where to best place the ear seeds for maximum benefit. Highly recommend this kit if you’re unsure where to place the ear seeds it’s very helpful as is the tweezer tool to help you take the seed off the card & place onto your ear. I’ve wasted so many of the previous ear seeds because they’ve attached to my nail &/or the wrong place & aren’t able to re-stick.

Number one. These bad boys actually go bad. I didn't realize that until I pulled out some of mine from 2020 and was surprised to find that they just did not want to stick to the tweezer nor my ears or my fingers, any meridian point. Is simply wore out so it makes sense. I just hadn't really thought about it. So my purchase this item at first I felt like I didn't need all of it. However, I appreciate how they include three different acupressure stainless steel tools of different sizes and shapes. So you don't have to just use your finger. It's accessible to various needs. I also like that one side put my first acupressure sticker in my year. I knew immediately that they were not no longer effective like I feared, but just old and chalky and no longer able to fulfill their job unfortunately.

Great kit, highly recommend
