Single-leg Pillow

Amazing leg elevation pillow. They thought of just about everything. The adjustable height is not only well thought out, but the way it secures and detaches you can tell was thought out too. The "rough" Velcro side of the attachments are not placed anywhere that would be towards the skin making the various levels very comfortable on their own. I recently had lower leg surgery and needed to elevate my foot. The curve in the top was comfortable. The overall firmness is spot on by being firm enough to hold and support my large leg, but not so firm that it was uncomfortable for long time use. The handle placements are thought out, giving you a spot to grab the pillow from just about all angles. I have used all the combinations of heights for this pillow and each are comfortable and do the job. Highly recommended and worth the purchase.

This leg elevation pillow was indispensable for my recovery after knee surgery. It's a huge improvement over using regular pillows. Stability: It holds its shape perfectly. Unlike a pile of pillows that can shift or flatten, this provided consistent, stable elevation all through the night. Ease of Use: It completely eliminates the guesswork of trying to get your leg to the right height. Comfort: The memory foam is comfortable enough that I could sleep with my leg on it without any issues. Effective for R.I.C.E.: This was a crucial tool for the "Elevation" part of the R.I.C.E. recovery protocol. For anyone facing a similar surgery, I can't recommend this product enough. It simplifies recovery and does its job perfectly.

Probably the best post-surgery investment I made. 3 different elevation options, very secure velcro tabs, very soft yet durable fabric, quick-dry (ice pack leaked), super convenient handles for pulling closer while laying down, underside does not slide around while in bed. The scoop-shape kept my leg secure, it stayed put while sleeping and while thrashing around coming out of nerve-block. Hands-down, a really great design that's helped me recover more comfortably. Highly recommend for lower-leg injury/surgery recovery process.

The KingPavonini Leg Elevation Support Wedge Pillow is exactly what I have been using to keep my legs above my heart to avoid blood clots since my foot surgery on December 30, Tuesday., 2025. It is high and firm enough while also being very comfortable. I also have been very pleased that it can be used at different heights. I highly recommend this support system.

Great quality and comfort.

Perfect for elevating foot during post-op recovery. This wedge is designed perfectly with enough height to keep your leg(s) elevated and prevent or decrease swelling. It fits both legs very comfortably with the added bonus of a top pillow that prevents pressure on your heel. Also great for relieving lower back pain when sitting in bed. I've had minimal swelling in my foot after my surgery which I atribute to having this wedge.

First off, you need to order this before you need this. It takes about 3 to 4 days to fully reinflate from the vacuum sealing. That being said, soft and breathable decent memory foam. The handles on the main unit are epic and really help while trying to put this into position....I cannot stress this enough. There's traction pads on the bottom that help it from slipping and it actually seems to be relatively self-cooling so you don't overheat on it. That being said, ankle surgery sucks, but this allowed me to be self sufficient. I have been able to sit in the drivers seat & fold this up outside the car and with one hand put this into the passenger seat. You might need to suck in your gut a wee scootch. Light, portable & highly function. I literally have not had to use my crutches since getting this

I bought this in preparation for my daughter’s foot surgery and I’m so glad I did. My order arrived quickly and in time for her surgery. The elevated pillow helped with easing her pain in the few days post procedure. The height of the pillow enabled for easier wound after care and she was able to sleep better as her leg stayed in the grooved shape of the pillow. The only recommendation I would make to the pillow is to improve the extra padding strip that can be added in the groove as it didn’t really do much laying flat…I rolled it into a ball and placed it near her ankle to give even more height. I hesitated buying as it seemed a bit pricey for the short period of time she would need to use it but it was one of the best purchases we made to help with her recovery. Highly recommend.

This product looks nothing like what’s pictured. Looks cheap and the “velvet” is baggy off the “memory foam” Does not have 4 individual layers to have different heights, only has 2 layers and a little loose cushion that you can double up, which I assume, is the only way it could count as a 4 layered elevated cushion. The sellers return policy is postage returned back to the USA, which in normal circumstances, the buyer has to pay for. I can’t return in this circumstance as I’m bed bound after surgery and won’t be able to get out until well after the returnable period.

Purchased for Morton’s Neuroma op recovery and it is better than I expected. It’s just the right amount of firmness and I love that I can adjust the height. The little movable foam strip to add extra support to foot (so it doesn’t flop off the side and cause pain) is genius. Highly recommend - way better and safer than using stacked pillows.
