So so disappointed how much the half pint rucksack has changed. My old one has padded straps, grip for your keys, inside small zip pocket and the tiny pocket at the front had a velcro closer. This new version has basic thin straps, no extra compartment ms inside. Not the quality I would have expected from Jansport

I thought this was the perfect size and I've used it on and off for over a month since it was delivered and the strap has broken off. Very disappointed with the quality. It gets two stars for the overall size and light weight but I'm very unhappy with the quality. I can't return it now and can't find a way to get a replacement either so I'm going to see if it can be fixed securely.
