Love these!
This is my favorite deli paper. We use it mainly to cover glass containers of food in the microwave to prevent spatter but it's also fantastic for wrapping your parmesan cheese rinds in for later use in dishes/sauces. I'm about to buy more of them!

Designed with wax on both sided so it is reversible. They come in a box that has a wonderful storage capacity. They have a fold and are designed to pop up after every pull. The design of the packaging takes up very little space. I use them for other things too. Like making sandwiches or holding and handling other foods. I They are not reusable.
