Is the lobster clip metal or plastic?

The Clip is a Rust proof Zinc Alloy.

Is the leash really 5'? I ordered another leash that said it was 5' but it was really 6'.

Just measured the leash and it is a 5' leash from the end of the clip to end of the handle. Happy Holidays

Is the leash leather?

No, It's made of a nylon material. It's sort of a lightweight material too. My thoughts are it's a good leash. It's not heavy , reflective for when I go on late night walks, and it's durable (: hope this helps
