Stays cold for weeks outside of the freezer. Plastic feels a little cheap, but for ten bucks it is fine. Better then an ice pack, would recommend.

This really is a nice roller for loosening my quads and calves. The only real negative is the plastic tends to scrape against my skin during use. Maybe I press harder than I should and it does not cause an injury. The metal roller stays quite cool even at room temperature, so I have not needed to refrigerate it. I am very happy with the product and it works well.

Professionally I've used a lot of cold therapy. This product was surprisingly effective. I like the dual sizes of rollerballs. Hold the cold for a long time.

I like that this massage roller can be used hot or cold. It also has 2 sizes of rollers. It is easy to grasp and doesn’t slip out my hand. Takes practice to achieve your personal needs. Great instructions included on how to heat or chill. I showed it to my physical therapist and she loved it. Planned to buy her own.

This came with no directions. I just wanted to know if the blue plastic pops off some how before you put the roller in the freezer.

Awesome product! Works especially on contoured parts of the body like neck, shoulders and calves.

It it very easy to hold & use. Only negative is it has a loud & very annoying squeak, I have only used mine cold so do not know if this is also an issue when it is heated. We can been in extremely hot temperatures outside so it has been used on the back of our necks to cool the body & massage.

It looks and sounds like real stainless steel. rolls smooth. I use roller stick to massage leg muscle often. This Can be handy but not much pressure to go deep. There is no cold effect what so ever. For the price, it is just might be a good handy massage roller.
