Duck Covers Ultimate Water-Resistant 58 Inch Patio Cushion Storage Bag, Patio Furniture Covers

This was my third attempt to purchase covers for our outdoor furniture and the Duck cover’s definitely hit the mark. My first attempt was a good looking but lowest price cover I could find on Amazon. They felt rugged but when winter came they got brittle and ripped quickly in a winter storm from wind. My second attempt was from Lowe’s which also looked good but faded and degraded in a year.Unlike the first two, the duck covers are thick and durable. They are definitely constructed of multiple layers with the outside almost having a rugged canvas texture while the inner layers have a stretch ability. The outer layer is also rain repellent. We had a big storm the other night and the water beaded and pooled, with no moisture penetrating to the furniture.They are also very attractive We’ve received multiple compliments as people thought they looked like something we purchased at a high end outdoor furniture shop. The tan banding at the bottom also compliments the high end look.I would recommend these to others looking to protect their outdoor furniture.

This storage bag was much larger than I anticipated. Even though I knew the measurements because I wanted to make sure I had enough room for 4 very oversized chair cushions both seat and back, the covers for each of the chairs and the canvas roof and panels for our gazebo, I still had room to spare. Hmmm what else can I stick in there? However I am not storing outside in the bag because other reviewers have noted that it is not waterproof ... but the canvas material does appear to be water-resistant (think a light shower or sprinkles). It makes the corner of our storage room look much neater and organized versus the usual chaos from trying to pile cushion upon cushion upon each other plus the impossible to fold canvas from the roof and side panels of our gazebo. A great solution for us to bring organization and protection for our outdoor cushions for a few months.

Seems like it’s made very well with quality materials

We have a 6 chair ratan sectional (first photo) and every cushion plus throw pillows fits inside with room to spare. It’s awkward to move at that point but serve’s its purpose. It’s water RESISTANT for light rain IF placed zipper down. I wouldn’t attempt to leave it out in a heavy downpour- but we just bring it inside during those times. Definitely worth the price. Quality material and again, it’s HUGE.Update: we left it zipper down during a day and half of steady drizzle with occasional rain and the cushions and pillows were wet and water pooled in bottom (second photo)Still recommend if you have somewhere dry to put the bag during wet weather.

These did the trick. Nicely made, quality material would highly recommend.

The company claims in the listing the item will provide " waterproof protection from rain, dirt, wind, and snow with durable fabric and taped seam". The item itself is listed as "Ultimate waterproof" cover . The item is anything but. We stored outdoor furniture cushions in the bag (under a deck on a raised pallet) as it claims "WATERPROOF protection against RAIN", after opening the bag our cushions were drenched and full of mold and mildew. After contacting this company they gave us a run around asking us to provide lengthy due diligence in regard to the cushion storage : "copy of our purchase receipt, where furniture was kept, if the furniture was kept outside (which they claim to protect them from outside elements in their Amazon post) the make and model of our furniture, images of the furniture, cushions, tags on the bag, how long we owned the covers, etc... an absolute run around (clearly just wasting our time). What we received in return was a simple email from them stating " You can find the warning under CAUTION "Cushion/Cover storage bag is NOT WATER PROOF". So buyer beware this company makes false claims and bait and switch advertising of their products purpose. The product failed and the customer service is horrendous.

Fits four high back cushions very easily. Very easy to carry.

Made well. Huge size. Would recommend.

This product is extremely durable and large enough to store patio cushions for the winter.

Well made and sturdy, all my outdoor furniture pillows fit in the bag with some room for more..

The product description says: "Get waterproof protection from rain, dirt, wind, and snow with durable fabric and taped seams"This item is NOT waterproof neither it can be used outdoors according to the instructions. Very misleading product description.

We stored our patio cushions in here over the winter in our shed and it kept them clean and protected. When we got them out this year to then store in our other shed uncovered, we had a few days straight of rain. We didn’t have a chance to transfer the cushions before it started raining so the bag got rained on for 4 days straight in a row. I was worried that the water would get in and the cushions would be wet and ruined but the bag kept them perfectly dry. I am super impressed with this bag!
