This is perfect for my two chinchillas! It gives them loads of space, including plenty of room for their 16" wheel, their dust bath, food container, and water bottle! The bottom tray is also a nice depth for aspen shavings, so I won't have to change it out as often <3It also seems super sturdy, the wheels roll well, and the opening side panels make it SO much easier to do stuff inside than the old cage.It also gives them plenty of space to stay apart if they're mad at each other.My only complaints are the following:-The bottom tray is plastic, so I'll need to keep an extra close eye and make sure they don't chew it open.-There's nothing below the tray, so if I take it out, I'll need to put them in a carrier or something so they can't get out.-The hammock that comes with it is very cheap plasticky fabric, with fabric straps instead of chain. I didn't use it because I'm worried they'll just chew the straps, and while it would clean easily if they peed, it just doesn't look comfy for them.-The ramps are really slick and the ridges aren't very defined, so I couldn't separate the shelves as much as I would have liked. I was worried the openings wouldn't be open enough for them to reach the next levels!-The shelf pieces don't fully press together, and leave some wiggle room, even when putting 3 next to each other (the full width of the cage). Luckily, they don't snap back together, so no feet should be stuck or injured.

This cage is very good for me. It's got all the best features of a very high end cage with the affordably of a low end cage. Wire and frame are strong enough. Plastic snap shelves work well. Option to create another hole in the shelves without entrance holes (although i did not pop those out so I can't say how easy that feature works). The only design item that they could have included to make this perfect is to add opening doors on the opposite side of the existing two full opening doors for better access cleaning the far side of the cage. As other's have written, the installation setup could have been written better and small stickers placed on parts to help identify them easier but once you sit down and think everything thru, it's easy enough to figure out what each piece is for and how they should be positioned. Overall, I give this a 5 star for building this cage so affordably and large while still providing the most important options for such a great price. Best low budget ferret cage out there (that I've seen anyways).

It’s bigger and definitely durable I love how I can actually have space to be able to clean the cage well.. due to the top & bottom side doors, which is definitely a plus and a win , win.Definitely sturdy enough for my chinchillas.The only thing I have a problem with is the side doors screws come loose but it can stay closed and secure.

I got a huge deal on this and only ended up spending $75. It’s so big!!! My rats love it. We are going to replace the ramps because they are too steep, bird ladders will fix it. The only issue I really had with it was the instructions, I kind of had to wing it because they were hard to understand. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say. It’s a decently made cage, the bars are small enough so they can’t fit through, the hammock is so-so but we have a new hammock and new accessories for the cage coming in today.

The cage once finally assembled is great. Love it. The biggest issue I had was with the assembly. As many others stated, the directions aren't great. Assembly was very challenging, primarily the platforms. In hindsight, I should've been installing that platforms as I was going instead of at the end. It was difficult to put them in when all sides are up.
