Q: Will this spigen tough armor design case fit with a tempered glass screen protector on the pixel 7?

Yes, you have to remove the case to install the screen protector. I used the IMBZBK [4+4 Pack] for Google Pixel 7 Screen Protector 4 Pack 9H Tempered Glass and it comes with a nifty alignment tool that guarantees perfect center alignment of the protector. There is some tiny clearance between the protector and the case once it is properly attached. The case slips back on and you are good to go. I configured fingerprints after installing the screen protector. No problem with the fingerprint reader once Display mode is set to Screen Protector Mode. Not sure if there is enough clarence for the Camera protector that came with the screen protector pack.

Q: Does it provide dust cover for usb ports?

No. There is no dust cover for the USB-C port on the bottom. I keep it in my back pocket pretty much all day and have not gotten dust in the port. If I do I use a can of aerosol air to spray it out, but rarely does it happen.
