Works
This works great. I used it on a diy project I was doing. It came out as I hoped. I have some other projects I am planning in the future. I’m sure it will be a great help

Doesn’t fit most rputers
Pay close attention to which routers this will actually fit prior to purchasing. I had all new routers- none fit. Took them back to exchange- and even the brand and model listed that should have fit - did not. The SKU was off by one letter. Incredibly difficult to find compatible routers for this.

Use with Makita can be retrofitted - but be careful
The second bullet point reads "Fit with most routers" Yes but you need to be prepared to drill extra holes, for which you have to use a drill press. I made that work with my Makita router but it was 30 minutes of work to get it right, and you only have one shot at it, since the factory predrilled holes take up a lot of space and because you need to drill through an inch of plastic.Once you're past that, you need to make sure you have screws to mount the router with a countersunk head. Odds are you don't have just the right ones, so need to wait a couple days before you can use it. The instructions are useless unless you have used this jig a few times before. Hop on youtub and watch Rockler's video. Once you're past that, the jig is easy to use, intuitive and well made. I like that it has substantial weight, so it's easier to move and control.
