Plantronics Voyager 3200 UC Discreet Bluetooth Headset System

Works great on my laptop when I'm working from home or taking conference calls via Skype or Zoom or Webex from my laptop while traveling. On Fridays I'm on calls practically 8hrs straight. Thankfully the charging case provides a great charge boost between calls so it can last through the entire day. But the case and the earphone booth need a charge by 5th or 6th hour. The sound quality is excellent and it does not pick up surrounding noises like my cat trying to participate in my calls. It also has a great distance range.

I am very happy with this product and the service of the seller. I wear glasses - product fits perfectly in my ear. You hardly feel it. For people in sales using a CRM - product is great because a/ sound quality is better than using your cell phone directly, and you have both hands free to work your CRM and honestly, you are more expressive in your tone of voice when you have your hands free to gesture. I think it is a great relatively small investment for professional sales people. I with in an international company and with the USB dongle it connects perfectly to PC so Skype calls are so much better. Thanks from a very pleased customer!

This is my second 3200. The first was washed (with extra rinse) one too many times - but kept working. I initially tried the 5200 but that suffered the same fate as most others, The other person could not hear me. The 3200 is an older model but outperforms the newer more expensive ones. Mine came well packed but not in retail packaging, possibly refurbished, but works great.

Great headset. I use it for personal and work. The charging dock makes it useful for use all day long. Great sound quality and very comfortable with the ear hook.

Terrible experience this has slowly began to degrade in quality since the return window ended. Clients can barely hear me and only right at my desk - thus negating the use of having wireless in the first place. And yesterday the mute function stopped working. Very disappointed as this is quite expensive.

I bought this because our office doesn’t use traditional phones, only Skype for business. I liked this because I can answer or end calls using buttons on the earpiece, adjust volume, and mute / unmute myself during calls. I also like that this fits comfortably in the ear. I have a difficult time finding in-ear products that aren't too large and uncomfortable, and this one is small and fits comfortably! It was also very easy to pair with my laptop.

I would have returned this product as defective if I hadn't lost it! I called tech support and they were polite and courteous; however, the problem was not fixed. All too frequently the signal from the device was lost. At first I thought this was the cell phone coverage area but it happened in strong signal areas and while using with computer.

Hit and miss. Had to resync it several times. Needs to be kept charge or it loses connection with the computer. The end user wanted a wireless headset for the computer, and this seemed best reviewed for the price point. Would be more inclined to buy it again if it was $50 cheaper based on some of the issues we had with it in only a few months usage.

Connects quick, even when having to turn it on, and answers the call right away. Confortable to wear for many hours. Super glad I bought this model.

Bisogna quasi sussurrare, tanto è chiaro e forte il suon verso l'interlocutore.Riduzione del rumore estremamente efficace. Durata della batteria elevata anche senza utilizzare la custodia di ricarica, che è peraltro comodissima.Unico appunto: può dare un po' di fastidio nell'orecchio se portato a lungo (ore). È comunque leggerissimo.
