Successfully repaired a seam on tarmac
we repaired a seam which had widened, not too difficult to do, we used a hairdryer and then laid a piece of ply over it whilst it set. This was about six months ago and it gets a lot of traffic so will need re-doing, still got some left in the bag.

Didn't work for me
I bought this to fill in some cracks on my drive. This is a big packet and really would have preferred a smaller size. Whilst this was easy to lay I found that when I tried to pound it down it just stuck to the pounder. Within a week of driving over it, it had nearly all gone
