I'm not a hardcore gym person but girlfriend needs to do some light training and therefore went into this product. Easy for her to setup and understand with the diagram showing many ways to use.I like it can be used on abs and biceps since you can adjust the tension at the bottom. It is compact and lightweight that doesn't take that much space when not in use.Good for beginners to start workout at home (especially during pandemic).

It’s really nice to spend a small amount of money and work out from my office. The pandemic has stopped lots of activities for me and I have been needing to do something at own home!

I was going to buy a dumbbell for my high school son because he needed arm strength, so I saw it and tried it. It's better value for money because it works not only on the arms but also on the legs and abdomen. Most importantly, it's easy to store and move.

This is a piece of junk, the stretching rubber isn't good quality and broke right away while I am pulling it, I am using this just once or twice a week and yet it is broken right away. Too bad it's passed 1 month and I can't return it!
