This product uses "vegetable capsules" which is made from vegetable cellulose and water.

Q: Does this product contain soy or is it manufactured in a facility with soy contamination?

It doesn't say on the label, but I don't trust their label anyway. The screenshots of the label show the other ingredients to simply be rice flour and vegetable capsule (hypromellose). When I got it home, the label said the extra ingredients were rice flour, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) carrageenan, purified water and pectin. Carrageenan? Pectin? Why? I've faithfully avoided carrageenan in my food products, but they sneaked this one in! What else are they not telling us the truth about? I will be looking for a different company.

Gelatin, most likely. Like most other capsules for medicine and dietary supplements.
