iOttie Easy Flex 3 Car Mount Holder for iPhone 7/6s/6, Galaxy S7/S7 Edge, S6/S6 Edge - Retail Packaging – White

This is my second purchase. I bought my first iOttie in 2014, a stress crack in one of the 'wings' back in 2020 resulted after years of constant use. (That may have been from occasionally fitting a 'too wide' Android phone into the holder.)The suction is great - it adheres to the top of dashboard curve. It is also low so it places as little of the pone in the driver's view, but doesn't require me to take my eyes off the road to see the moving map of a GPS app.I like that I can rotate the phone on multiple axes - even place the device into landscape orientation.I bought a cheap mount at a drug store which affixed to the curve well, but the construction of the plastic holder just wasn't up to the standard of the iOttie. Finally I went online to Amazon and bought a replacement.I think , maybe, my first unit had a button to spring open the holder wings. This version -- Easy Flex 3 -- does not have that feature, and I wish it did.Occasionally in extreme temperatures the suction will let go. Most times that was when the car was parked all day in the sunny summer heat. This was seasonal and infrequent. Easily remedied by cleaning the suction pad (because it always landed on a gritty floor pad) and reaffixing to the upper dash.

Many people are giving stupid reviews saying that this item still shakes when driving... Mine does shake but it shakes because there are bumps in the road, not because of the device... People do not have common sense... I love this thing and it works the best out of all the car mounts I have bought... I bought a Vent car mount holder and it did not work for me because it moved a lot due to the phone being so heavy and when it hit a bump, it would move the phone up and down... With this iOttie car mount, I just placed it on my windshield because I read that it left marks on your dash board. It works great on my windshield and holds my phone steady... I have an iphone 6 plus. I can even read the texts that comes through and it makes it so much easier to use my GPS from my phone without having to hold my phone in my hand and looking down at it while driving... I loved this so much that I bought the newest iOttie car mount holder. I will be placing a review for that shortly.

This product looks great, but not good at all. The little black pieces that actually holding the phone, fell off after couple of days use and that was it I had to return it, so I wouldn't suggest to buy to anyone.

Cons: Sticks VERY well to the windshield....however, this was not where I wanted it placed. It stuck so well to the windshield that I could not pry it off using female strength...or male strength, for that matter. I had to google how to remove this item...and ultimately enlisted the help of an old credit card to finally pry it free.Will NOT stick to any sort of curved dashboard surface. My dashboard has zero to none texture, and on any curved surface that I tried, it would not hold.Short arm length - meaning, if you intend to use this on your windshield, you will either require a very close WS or super long arms to reach your device while in said unit (holder).NOT easy to remove your cellular device with one hand...doing so with adjust the swivel and positioning of the mount...requiring you to reset the mount position the next time you attach your device.PROS: This mount is extremely flexible as far as mounting positions (hehe) are concerned. The mount swivels in nearly every direction and is easy to switch from landscape to portrait with just the turn of your phone.Holds my Samsung S4 with an Otterbox commuter case fairly securely. Even when I'm driving like a maniac, my phone has yet to fall out. However, the two arms in the landscape position, do not seem to attach very well to the top portion....probably user error.Sticks VERY well to FLAT dashboard surfaces. I've yet to try and remove it, so I do not know whether or not it will damage the DB. Guess we'll find out.Overall, I was able to place this on my dash in an area close enough for my t-rex arms to reach easily while swiping through songs on Spotify and close enough to charge/AUX without cords all over the place.A- But happy with my purchase.

I purchased -iOttie HLCRIO102 One Touch Windshield Dashboard Universal Car Mount Holder- for my husband couple weeks before i purchase this product. He loves it! and it works really well. as I was going to purchase for my self, It came across this item that has a great reviews and from the review sounds like its better than my husband's.everything almost the same, except:1. you need to hands to take your phone out of this holder unlike the HLCRIO102, it has button to make it easier for the driver take it off when needed.2. You can tilt this item but its not something important, you can't take picture while driving anyway right?3. I tried to put it on my dashboard, It doesn't work. Maybe the type of my car, or something, but just not working.overall are great product, it indeed sticks to the windshield like a glue, the kill point for me is no button to easy release the phone.

Impressive device. Has stuck very well to an uneven surface on my dashboard. It is currently mounted on a slight angle but holding very well. Can tilt or turn in any way I want to be able to move it. The one touch loading system is very handy. A great car mount.

I thought this would be the perfect mount for my iPhone6 in my MX5 because it was small and compact.What you don't know about this item is that it's a bitch to remove from ANY surface you attach it to. I attached it to the windshield as I use my phone as a GPS.Pull the tab to release? Bwahahaha!😆😭 Good luck with that! It isn't happening. I had to carefully pry the bottom away pressing down with a butter knife whilst pulling the tab to separate it from the glass.DO NOT EVER ATTACH to a Leather Interior! I am convinced it would do damage to such a surface.

IOttie is a very secure but removable mount, its perfect. The gel adhesive with suction is tight its almost impossible to fall off a windshield. Best of all its easy to attach your phone with one hand.

Incluso unos días después lo cambié de ubicación y también agarró muy bien.Producto recomendable y además más barato por ser blanco
