Product good but the new packaging is a problem.
I've used this for years because I have resurfaced tub that annoyingly chips. The product itself works well. What I can't understand is the package redesign. It's terrible. It used to be a small plastic bottle but is now a ceramic bottle with a square lid. It's like a graphic designer said "lets make it sexy". The opening is actually too small to take the brush in and out over and over, so the brush gets messed up and it's hard to get a smooth finish. The square lid is awkward to hold. Worst is that the black bottle will leave a ring on the porcelain if you leave it to sit for too long (but hey you can use the product to cover it up because you can't remove the ring). Not everything needs a beautiful bottle. Some things need a functional bottle. Tip: pour into a little bowl and use a different brush. Of course it's hard to pour because the opening is so small, so you have to slam it over and over to get some out.

Efficient and partially durable
I purchased this product to recoat my porcelain kitchen sink. The white haze color matched pretty well. I didn't use it the traditional way (with the white-out brush it comes with). Instead I broke the top off, poured it into a pan and used a paint roller to apply a couple coats. It came out great and worked well, however I will note a few things1- don't let dark liquids sit in the sink for long time, I let coffee drops sit in it and it stained2- it is not a super hard coat, so it can be scratched off if you drop a sharp object at the right angleOtherwise, dried quickly, didn't smell much, did it's job and looks way better than before

Is a perfect match for CB2 white lacquer furniture

Worked great
See the pictures. All the small spots took one coat but the bigger things, like in the pictures, took 2-3 coats.

Absolutely Fabulous!
I LOVE you can order a color chart. I highly recommend doing that so you get the right color match. I had a deep chip in my bathroom sink. I used a thin coat every day until it was built up. It is WONDERFUL!!!! So glad I found this company and their product. Thank you Soto!!!!

Had high hopes, but didn't turn out as well as expected
I got a little crazy with the scraper while removing old caulking and ended up with quite a few scratches on my tub. I went to the Soto website and ordered the free color swatch, which was super helpful. I couldn't quite decide between a few colors, but gave it my best shot - it was close but not a perfect match. Not a big deal. Here's my issue: it's not very durable. I use a squeegee on my shower every day otherwise the water pools on the side lip. I don't believe I'm that aggressive with the squeegee, but it's removed some of the paint already after a couple of weeks. I also had to redo some of the caulking and the painter's tape lifted it all right off, which was also surprising since it's hardly even sticky. The only plus of this is that the bottle has a good amount of paint in it so I'll reapply.

This rating is for the vender
Although I used the color chart the color was not quite right for my sink. Returned the product via UPS both times. The 5-star review is for the vender. Money was credited to my account quicker than any other product that I have had to return. I will try another color to see if it is a match. I do think that it is a good product overall.

Over priced TipEx/whiteout/correction fluid
Comes in a black resealable plastic pouch. Little bottle inside has the same appearance as TipEx (correction fluid/ whiteout). The stuff I used to use to correct errors on school work back in the day. Applied to chipped porcelain sink and looked exactly like I had painted it with TipEx. No glossy shine. It’s actually more matt than what I remembered TipEx to be. Chip appears to stand out even more as it is obvious that one has tried to cover it up. Paid just over £13 for this rubbish. Well it is called ‘Soto’ which I think means ‘out’ in Japanese. So maybe it is really is whiteout or TipEx or what ever.

Not worth the money
I thought this product was expensive at the time but decided to buy it anyway. What a mistake that was the pot was almost empty to the point the supplied brush didn’t reach in the pot far enough to collect any paint! It’s nothing more than an over priced (nearly empty) pot of black paint. Don’t waste your money like I did there’s plenty of cheaper pots of touch up paint to choose from.

Paint leaked inside plastic bag.
The box the paint was delivered is was not damaged nor was the bag. The lid must have been loose before putting in the bag. Looking at further feedback this seems to be a common trend. Waste of money.

Decent product
This works fine but made a bit of a mess of my golf club that I tried to touch up…

Leaked and failty
The media could not be loaded. Leaked and congealed, packaging looked professional and promising all leaked and congealed. I now need to resend to get a refund, trust tarnished. Terrible
