Great product, I have Seborrhoeic dermatitis. Have used many different products I honestly do believe this has helped!!! The smell is strong but did not bother me! I usually would use conditioner and would take the smell away. Only use one scalp! Yes a sets hair up a bit so conditioner after! Helped with scalp irritation! The picture is before I stared I had a flare up and it’s was is irritated! I have them finished the bottle and on my second one!!! It had definitely gotten better ! No redness, itchiness, yes I do get small little dry spots but definitely better!

After 2 years..I FINALLY found a product that works .. used twice so far..yeah the smell isnt that great..but it's MEDICATED..the conditioner should be purchased like I did..smells good! My scalp has never felt this ckean.i have spent hundreds of dollars on every different kind of shampoo I could try. My scalp is 90% better than ever!!!!

I’m so happy I found this product! My goodness what a life saver. I’ve dealt with fairly moderate seb derm for the past 4-5 years with dandruff and scalp irritation/flakes/itchiness/redness, and I've tried so hard to treat it with no success until now. And it literally took only two or three uses to see results. I swear hand to God that this is a legitimate review and I’m not BS-ing or just a bot trying to simp for this product lol. Over the last few years I've tried dozens of products and spent hundreds of dollars looking for a solution (shampoos, conditioners, creams, ointments, balms, oils, and pills; online or over the counter at drug stores or on Amazon, you name it) and until now nothing has worked for me. I literally almost cried when I saw myself in the mirror after using this product for a few days. It legitimately does work! I purchased the shampoo/conditioner combo and just followed the instructions on the bottles. The shampoo I will freely admit smells absolutely terrible lol, like old musty dirt with a disgusting hint of fresh gym sweat. Just nasty lol. But it works! Thankfully the conditioner to apply right afterwards (which also works) smells fantastic and delightful in my opinion which helps to offset the shampoo's nastiness, lol. Not only am I seeing immediate results but the rest of my hair feels soft, full, and healthy for the first time in years. If you're like me and have been searching for a long time to solve your scalp issues, I encourage you very much to give this product a try. I am so absolutely thrilled that at least for me I've found something that finally, finally works.

Great! Got rid of the flaky patches.

Works incredibly well even after one use. However it does smell like peppers, like a raw jalapeño. This is wonderful for me as I love and eat raw jalapeños, but my husband doesn't care for them or their smell.

I absolutely love And stand by this product however you do need to use it consistently. As a hair stylist i j Suggest using it weekly. I require my clients to purchase the product to use the week they do not come to me for service . It works. The face products does also

At first I thought it worked bcuz the flakes dulled down and were very few. However as I kept using it thinking it would go away completely for the most part, the flakes were still there. Granted I admit I have a problem with picking the flakes out my hair but I was hoping it wasn’t even on my scalp to scratch up anymore. So pretty much this is a temporary fix for a few days, lessens the flakes but after a day or 2 they began to show up again. :( btw that photo was the day after I washed it and used the cream as well.

Been dealing with scalp issues for yrs (currently 51 yrs old) was told I would outgrow the issue, NOPE! As I've gotten older it has become milder but never gone away. I was desperate and started looking online and reading reviews on different products. Saw this product and comments sounded like my issues so decided to try it. OMG SO GLAD I DID!!! Followed directions, actually probably let it sit a few minutes longer and I couls feel tingling and cooling. Shampoo smells horrible, conditioner is a bit better but very pleased! Scalp if free of issues after 3x using. At 1st sign of any future itching or build up will be using again. May even use it 2-3x a wk to be sure. WORTH THE $$$$ AND MY SANITY

For many years my Son has suffered with regular flare ups covering the majority of his face and nose.
