I follow the directions almost exactly as the manufacturer instructs: “ SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE. Adults and children ≥ age 4: take 1 tsp (5 mL) three times daily. Most effective when taken straight or in purified water (dechlorinated) and on an empty stomach.” Sometimes I only take it twice a day. I believe it is really helping me!

This help to increase the good bacteria in your gut. It tastes a little like apple cider vinegar which is great because it’s gets your moth watering which also aides in digestion.

I think by description, it's a very good product. However, it always spills out of the bottle. I'm 67 years old and it's not me spilling it. I shake it up per instruction. I first started to notice that the rim on the bottle holds the product inside. So when I carefully pour, some always comes out. Spilled. I started to just sip it out and yet it drips down the side. Won't buy it again just wish they could improve the bottle.
