Great product
I bought 2 of these as my daughter and I both have frequent migraines and tension headaches. I keep them in the fridge and they give amazing relief to the pain.

Fits tight, ice lasts though
Accidentally left my other style at my mother's over Christmas so I figured I would try these. The ice pack in them is the same type which lasts a good long time so gives a decent amount of relief. Easy to use however they fit very tight on my head especially once frozen, so unless you have a very small head circumference or want something with pressure which is exactly what I do not want but I have a migraine I wouldn't recommend these. However once I get my usual looser style back these will work for the second or third run of ice pack I throw on once my head is numb lol.
