Use is just like any other laundry pod. 4 stars instead of 5 is really just a texture thing on the pods themselves - the plastic is very rigid, firm, and thick. It doesn't seem to impact performance in any way. It is just a personal preference: the weird feeling makes me not really want to touch them. It wouldn't stop me from buying them again, but it also wouldn't necessarily be my first choice.

Great size pods. Good quality. Dissolves great in washer. Doesn't leave residue. Leaves clothes smelling fresh and clean. For a large load or blankets I have the tendency to put 2 to 3 pods in.
