FYY Leather Case with Mirror for iPhone Xs (5.8") 2018/iPhone X/10 2017, Leather Wallet Flip Folio Case with Mirror and Wrist Strap for iPhone Xs (5.8")/iPhone X/10 Black

My husband purchased the X for my bday present and I knew I needed to protect the investment!! (I tend to drop my phones!!) I looked at (no exaggeration here!) close to 1000 cases online. I felt I needed to protect the front and the back but did not want that to limit my search of the "perfect" phone case. After MUCH deliberation, I narrowed it down to 3 cases. All of them were "wallet" like meaning they encased the phone. Why I ended up choosing this one:1. wallet protecting front and back of phone2. magnetic closure (most do not have this and I looked personally at the apple one and if you dropped the phone, there was nothing to keep the cover closed and therefore the glass has the potential of breaking on front of phone.3. the wristlet...again, most do not have a wristlet and I wanted to be able to (somewhat like a camera) strap it on my wrist so that if it fell out of my hand, it would not drop to the ground. Again, (while I was waiting at the store to pick up my phone) I looked at a few more cases at a kiosk. There was one I thought would work but when I went to put the wristlet on my wrist, it was WAY TO SMALL...I couldn't even get it past my hand.Price was not a determining factor in my search...I would have paid the exorbitant price ($99) of the Apple case if it had everything I had wanted. With this one, I got everything I wanted (almost...I originally wanted real leather) AND the price is UNBEATABLE!!! And, icing on the cake, there is a mirror inside!! (hubs has been relieved of the job of "tooth check"!!)I have only had the case an hour ....this to say, that I have not put it into action except to place phone in and wear the wristlet. I have not put money or cards in it yet as well.Two concerns I did have when looking was how the wristlet attached with the metal clip and how that may wear on the phone, but I do not believe it will be a problem at all. Also, the color; I did not want this to be to "gold"...read: cheap. It is not...it is a perfect color and looks very very classy.

I really like the durability of this case and it’s perfect if you’re looking to have a wallet and phone case all in one. The design is beautiful and I haven’t noticed any wear and tear on the case yet. The mirror is a little bit distorted, which is to be expected since it’s not a rigid, hard phone case. I love that it has a slot underneath for cash, and it’s perfect to take on a night out so I don’t have to carry a purse.The only reason I’m giving this a 4 star instead of 5 is because the strap that you can attach goes at the top left corner of the phone, so you can’t really use your phone comfortably when the strap is around your wrist. I think if the strap had attached at the bottom left corner, it would have made it easier to use the phone with the strap on your wrist. This feature is important to me because I’ve had my phone knocked out of my hand while walking around my busy campus, so the strap would have added that extra security.That being said, I have dropped my phone while it was in the case several times now and was not worried about any damage because the case is very protective. If you’re looking for this type of wallet case, and the strap is not as important to you, I 100% recommend this case.

What a piece of junk. The description says "Perfect Craftsmanship", but it's FAR from that.I bought this to use at a conference where it would be easier to have a wrist strap and credit card/room key slots than to just carry my phone. After the first DAY of use it was cracked and peeling. It's the mostly cheaply made piece of crap I've ever bought on Amazon. It didn't even last the 2.5 days of the conference where I was literally sitting down and being pretty gentle on the case.Don't waste your money, or at least be prepared to throw it out after 2 days if you do. Update** the photos are from a year of use!Original review: I drop my phone constantly, however, this case is solid! I love love love the strap, I seriously only drop my phone every few days now thanks to the strap!! The mirror is handy but does get scratched. The case will allow the phone to propped up when there are multiple cards in it just takes a couple try’s, a minor inconvenience compared to all the benefits. There is a special message on the inside which I adore. Does not work with wireless charging so you must remove the phone from the case to wireless charge, but again still worth the durability. The magnetic closure allows enough space for the case to close with 4 cards without any bulk. This is a great purchase!!!Almost a year update! I finally need a new case, because I have abused this case like nobody’s business. I love this one so much I ordered another arriving today. The card holder does stretch over time making it easy for cards to fall out, I just added another card and keep the slot behind the cards pretty empty.

I have been looking, for different, stylish wallet case for my IPhone. I am so happy that I saw and bought this case. It was packaged beautifully & absolutely securely which made me think of “high quality”. The hand strap that comes with it is an added touch. I wasn’t sure how I felt that it came with a mirror, but once I saw it , I was pleased for the durability of it. Now since it is new I am not sure am I doing something wrong; but the only thing I don’t like is that when you close it, the phone does not automatically shut down with the magnetic lock.

The card slots are very handy as I put in my DL and a credit card in them, and it also has a slot for a couple of currency notes. The wristlet strap makes it easy to carry. Also, you can take calls with the cover on, so it’s convenient. Texting is also fine though, of course, it’s not as comfy as texting without the case. All in all, I totally recommend this cover.
