Did everything, but it does not help. I get 4 bars then 0.

I was skeptical about this device but it won me over. I live in a fringe area for AT&T and I have trouble making calls inside my building. My biggest headache was installing this so it does not violate the apartment rules. I found the signal source on the website and aimed the antenna in that general direction. The signal strength increased from one bar to three which I credit the device.

I had just about given up on cell phone boosters after getting a unit that was three times as expensive as this and never being able to get it to work right at my location.I live in a terrible cell phone reception area where only 2 providers come through at all and they don't come through very well at all.So for over a decade I've been putting up with sometimes having to go outside to connect a call because inside the house I wouldn't even get one bar.When I saw this available I went and checked to make sure it matched the band my phone was using the most. There are a few applications you can download that will tell you that information.This company makes two different versions of this and they work on different bands so it is critical that you buy the right version.Another consideration is to check the diagram in this page to make sure you have enough clearance between the two antennas. For me it was a real challenge and we just barely got them set up because of the way my house and property was configured.I didn't need to contact support. I just followed the instructions and was totally surprised when it worked.I now can talk inside my house with two to three bars, more than I've ever seen before.Put the inner antenna where you're going to be using your phone the most because the farther you get from it, the weaker the signal can get.I am so glad I gave this another try and want to commend this company for making a product that was easy to set up and actually works for me.

I did not read the item information closely enough to realize that an external antenna mount was required. I was expecting something that was more plug and play so the install process was more challenging than I expected. Luckily, the external antenna is small and I have a patio where I could get close to the roof. That was the hardest part for me. After that, it was pretty simple to follow the instructions. I live in a small apartment in a densely populated area, but the pull on the cell signals is so high that I don't get great reception in every room. This booster has changed that I can now use my cell phone anywhere in my apartment without losing my connection. It works great for using my phone for live streaming, as well, which is awesome as I was so tired of dropped or lagging signals while I was filming live videos.This kit comes with everything you need, as well as step-by-step instructions. I would not consider myself a handy or techy person and was able to figure it out with some trial and error. I was receiving 2 - 3 bars consistently prior to this booster and now I am receiving 3 - 4 bars consistently and getting great coverage. I am planning on purchasing another set for my brother's house as he lives in a more rural area and my phone never works there! If you are looking for a good value for a cell booster, this one is it! The look of the antennas is very sleek, modern and unobtrusive. I don't think anyone will notice them unless you point them out.

I've been getting cell phone boosters for my grandparents who own several family camping sites in remote areas where signals are weak. Please know that this does NOT create signals out of thin air. So if you don’t have any signals like no bar on your cell phone, this won’t do any good.But if you have a weak signal like one bar on your phone, this one can improve the strength of such a weak signal for sure. This one worked with AT&T and T-Mobile but I cannot comment on other services as those two are the carrier services my family members use.With a coverage area of up to 5,000 square feet, this signal booster was perfect for the multiple cabins at our family camping site! One great feature of this booster is its ability to support multiple users simultaneously, which makes it an ideal choice for our large extended families at the camping site. Additionally, the FCC-approved design ensures that the booster is safe and compliant with all regulations (well, at least that’s what they claim haha).Installation is relatively simple according to my father and brother, but they are good at installing anything. It came with everything needed to get started, including an outdoor antenna, indoor antenna, and all necessary cables according to them. I think this should be one of the options to consider if you are looking to improve cellular signal strength and want faster, more reliable connectivity

Its easy to install and as per the instruction, also I got the green color indicator but the mobile signa didn't changed and still the same 1-2 bars as before.

Could not get it to work and customer service was a joke. Don't waste your money.
