We get a lot of really tiny bugs that get into our garage and patio area when the doors are open. I've been able to keep them from getting in by placing the traps near the bottom corners of the doors. The larger bugs - spiders and grasshoppers seem to get in bypassing the outside traps but, fortunately, the traps inside the garage trap them and hold them until I'm able to replace the traps. The large quantity of traps in this kit makes it a very good bargain.

Easy to use and one of the best products for controlling mealmoths and other insects.We use these products in combination with Ortho Defense.Despite freezing birdseed and other pet foods purchased from seed and feed businesses, which have been stored in uncontrolled warehouses prior to shipping to us, we have had mealmoths.This product has a pheromone attractant, combined with a sticky type adhesive. Insects are attracted to the pheromones, getting too close to the glue and end up being trapped on the glue board.We do not place traps where our smaller pets can come in contact with the boards, keeping the traps assembled as directed and well out of reach.Slightly expensive, but of all of the traps we've bought and tried, these seriously do trap insects!

I hate water bugs and for some reason, big waterbugs slip into my house when someone opens the door. There is nothing worse than seeing a big black bug running underneath your furniture. Initially, I was skeptical but these glue squares do really work. The first night, I put two right next to the door and caught a big one. The next night, I replaced the one with the bug on it with a fresh one and caught 3 bugs! You MUST keep your pets away from this, however, for they will stick to cat or dog paws. After hearing a strange tapping sound, I noticed my 12 lb poodle walking around with these on her front paws so you must train your dog or cat not to get near them. My pup learned very fast to avoid them. They work great!!

This product has literally changed my life! I am renting a house in Mexico and the environment here is tropical and very beautiful! I thought I could live peacefully with the scorpions until I got stung, along with my dog. There are many types of scorpions. This one was extremely painful and it was also so painful for my dog that he had respiratory distress that night. That is when the war path began. A friend recommended this product to me. You can control the creepy crawly critters that wake up at night and crawl under doors into your home. I place the traps strategically in our bedrooms and kitchen. I have eliminated any infestation within the home and I can tell when there is a new outburst of critters outside because the traps begin to capture them inside. I have captured centipedes, 40 manos, spiders and scorpions. For ants I use a different method because they will fill up the sticky traps so fast that you spend way to much money. I'm living in a tropical jungle and I feel I have gained control within my home because of the sticky traps. I don't like to fumigate inside and I don't need to anymore.My dog did go behind a chair that he never goes behind and got the sticky trap stuck to his back leg. It was very easy to remove with scissors. But clearly with pets you have to place the traps where you pets won't goWith this product I literally sleep better at night and feel like my family and my pets are safer.I would give this product a million star review if I could!

Glue will not capture a small rodent. Save your money. Also buy the unscented. I have seen insects walk around the Glue boards and I believe that they can smell the Glue and avoid it after having seen and smelling a trap with an insects caught in it. SAVE YOUR $$$

I've gotten 3 different types of sticky traps (fly paper rolls, a Zevo light trap, and these sticky rectangle pad traps) to try and cut down on the number of phorid flies in my aparment. It seems like there is an infestation in the building or nearby and they are entering my apartment. The cheap paper rolls and the Zevo trap are very effective and end up covered with these terrible small flies. I was surprised that none had been trapped by these pads, since they do appear very sticky and I had put them in strategic locations.I ended up watching a phorid fly hop on one of these, and it got away. It looks like these traps aren't sticky enough for these bugs and that's why none had been trapped. That said, I'm sure they would be effective for different and larger insect species.Please don't use these on rodents and snakes. It's just such a terrible, long death and there are so many traps that are more humane than these.
