Do the bases add enough weight to prevent these light bars from easily tipping over?

Not really. They are not weighted bases. They are weighted enough to keep them stable but if you knocked a table with you hip, they might fall over. That being said, it's nothing Velco couldn't fix.

Has anyone had a problem with these flickering and displaying incorrect color? I have the Govee H6053 model, and they have a flickering issue

Can I use this without the puck at all? Just using the app?

I completely ignore the puck after the install. Linked it to alexa for turning it on/off and everything else on the app. Just using the app to turn it on works too.
