Divano Roma Furniture Classic Grey Linen Low Profile Platform Bed Frame with Tufted Headboard Design (Queen)

The bed looks pretty put together. However, it was missing a nut, which I had to hunt down at Lowes to even put the bed together. It was also bent on part of the frame, so I had to hammer it back straight to get the screws in. It comes with an Allen wrench but the way the bed is set up, its hard to get into the corners to screw in the screws, so it takes forever. Its not a hard bed to put together, just very time consuming. The wooden slats have to be put together and then put into the frame and some of the pine would splinter off when we put the plastic pieces on the ends. We purchased three other platforms beds from the company Zinus and they were much easier to put together and seem to be of better quality. But our teenage daughter loves this bed and it looks elegant in her room.

Not very sturdy!Love the look!The legs have broken that support in in the middle of the frame😒 was hoping I could find replacement parts but no such luck.

After going to all the furniture stores in town and comparing all platform beds similar to this, I bought this one at a fraction of the cost. Fingers were definitely crossed, lol. Holy guacamole! Excellently quality fabric, hardware, and packaging. (Comes in two packages) everything was perfectly clean. The assembly took max 30mins. Probably could have figured it out, without instructions. PRO TIP: Put the extra parts and instructions back in the ziplock bag it comes with, and tuck it bedhind the Velcro part of the head board. Super happy I took the chance on this item. *Note: I built it by myself. I used random objects to hold up the boards while putting in bolts. I also found a chair from a different seller that almost perfectly matches it, that I’m also super impressed with.

I purchased this item a little while back and when I received the item I noticed the back right leg was a little buckled. I didn't make much of it. About 6 or more months ago, I noticed the middle left leg beginning to buckle inwards and the bed started making a lot of squeaking noise. Now a couple months later the right middle leg is beginning to buckle inwards and the squeaking noise has only continued to get worse and worse. I believe the bed will collapse soon while i am sleeping. I am short and not very heavy. So its not because of heavy weight being applied. I reached out to Furniture Classic in hopes they would try to rectify the issue by at least providing parts to replace those that are defective. They responded with:"Thank you for your email. I'm sorry to say, we only have a 30 day return policy and offer no warranty. Here’s a link to where you may read our policy."No apology for the item being defective or any attempt to care about the costumer or finding a reasonable solution. I would strongly suggest not purchasing anything from them for fear that the product is a low quality or that should you need any costumer support you will find none.

Had to reinforce the platform slats because it was very sturdy. I love the look though.

I'm waiting for my 2 piece shipment to co e today and was wondering what tools u need to put it together? My husband left for work out of state and has his tools and don't know what to expect to use before I get the platform bed... help

Good looking .Hard to assemble.

Looks nice and as pictured. Took a long time to put together though. Not difficult, just time consuming with all the pieces and screws. I just wish the headboard was a bit taller. Looks short once you have your pillows on the bed. Worse thing about it is, it’s too lightweight And moves around too much.
