I got these for my kids for Christmas. It is by far their favorite bath toy. The movement is quite realistic! It's fun for me to watch too. They lasted for about 4 months and then stopped working. I didn't attempt to check the batteries. I will be repurchasing more in the future. It also makes a fantastic gift at birthday parties.

My daughter loved this. It makes no noise and is super cute. My only issue is that after one day of frequent play it died and no longer worked. It is also quite small so best for a bath tub or small pool and not a large space.

Super cute turtles for my twins bath time

Compared to the other things that zuru has made, these feel the least powerful. They stay on the surface and a light movement of the water can push them around even if they're swimming in that direction. Even in their burst movements, they hardly move. My cat is not as entertained as he normally is with stuff like this. I thought these would be good because they're big and easy to see but I think he still prefers the axolotyl and mermaids. (Yes, these are for my cat, he loves these kinds of toys and he's not as bothered by water as most. He will reach in and play with them. His favorite are the mermaids.)

The 2 turtles I got did swim, but pretty slowly. The flipper motion was kind of weak which was disappointing. Most of the time the turtles looked like they were just bobbing in the water due to water movement, rather than swimming. I wondered if I got partially used batteries in my turtles or something, since in addition to the swimming motion being weak, the batteries also died within a couple weeks. Very hard to shut off the motion when not in use. Possibly they never shut off (like the fish I also got) and the batteries just ran down very fast in the toy box because of that.

This 2 pack Robo turtle is exactly as advertised. The turtle walks on the ground. If you spray the sensors it will walk on the floor as well as it will swim in the water. Lots of fun for the children. No set up required just spray with water or put in water. definitely will buy again.
