My D3 was low on my recent bloodwork, so my doctor told me to start taking vitamin D (I rarely go out in the sun), and said to take vitamin K in combo with it. And she specifically mentioned looking for MK-7. I thought I would have to buy at least 2 separate bottles to get all this together, so I was SO pleased to discover the combo already exists, in the ratios and amounts she recommended! I already take a ton of pills, so I decided to give this liquid a chance (we believe I don't process pills correctly, so as a general rule my specialists go for nasal/injection/sublingual routes, and am so glad I did! The taste will probably be hit-or-miss for you... I love strong olive oil, and that's what it tastes like to me. So I don't mind it. But I know the taste isn't for everyone! It comes down to whether you prefer to just have a bad taste in your mouth for a little bit or add at least one more pill to your regimen. I take it in the morning, so once I do my teeth and mouthwash afterwards it takes care of any residual taste. Obviously I won't know how well it's working until I get my next round of bloodwork, but I can't imagine it won't accomplish its intended purpose (I'll update this review if my D levels don't raise, somehow!) Oh, and the dropper markings are clear and easy to read, and the dropper works well (idk if anyone else has ever had those droppers where it seems impossible to get liquid into it, but this is not one of those!) I'm setting up subscribe-and-save so I'll never have an excuse to not have this on hand and take it!

After the winter and a rainy spring, my Vitamin D has dropped pretty low. My doctor suggested I start taking supplements. I tried some in capsule form but found them difficult to swallow so I was glad to see this in liquid form. There are 59 servings of 50 mcg (2000 IU) of Vitamin D3. This also has Vitamin K2 (80 mcg per dose). It comes with a calibrated dropper to make measuring easy. Extra virgin olive oil is the carrier so that’s what it tastes like - olive oil. I don’t particularly like the taste of it so I mix it in with food and don’t notice the taste at all. I like that this gluten-free, vegetarian, and no artificial sweeteners, flavors, or colors. It’s also preservative-free and needs to be stored in the refrigerator after opening. After just a few days of taking this, my energy levels and mood are already going up. I didn’t even realize how sluggish I’d been until now, seeing what a difference this makes. Note: Vitamin D3 is the form of D that our bodies produce from sunlight.

I live in the Midwest and have a severe deficiency in vitamin d which I have been working on with D3 capsules. I have not had as good of progress with those and decided to give this a try. I am glad this also contains K2 as it is a co-factor to vitamins d and also has organic olive oil included since d3 is a fat soluble vitamin/hormone. I also recommend taking a magnesium supplement with D3 since D3 needs magnesium to be utilized correctly. I like the dark glass bottle this comes in to help preserve freshness and the dropper tube is made of glass. It was easy to use and clearly marked. It should be noted this does says to refrigerate after opening. This taste like oil and was easy to hold under the tongue and swallow and may be much easier for some people who have trouble swallowing pills. There are 59 servings in this 2 ounce bottle. So far I like this supplement and have had no problems with it. I will continue to use this as long as I get good results.

When it comes to liquid vitamins I'm a bit spoiled, I want to do drops, not whole droppers or ml of measurements. This says to take a whole dropper and I don't really like that measure of serving even if the very nice dropper is entirely appropriate for that. I want to do a drop or two, control the dosage and I know that's available, unfortunately I didn't realize that was how this was dosed until it arrived. It is clearly marked on the packaging, that's my fault but the amount of liquid to vitamins is a bit much when you can do the same with a drop or two from a similarly priced product. It is easy to take and has a better taste than the vitamin d3 drops I take which have no flavor and feel oily in comparison.

I love that this has olive oil in it instead of a seed oil like so many other liquid vitamins. One dropper-full is 2,000 IU of D3 - so I take two a day to get what I need. This is easy to use and no side effects. Very happy with this.

The dropper seems well made. Installation/setup: Daily dosage is a dropper full up to the line on the clear barrel. Place under the tongue and hold it there for 30 seconds. Swallow. Final thoughts: I was a bit worried about the taste, I’ve had liquid vitamins before that tasted so bad I never took it again lol. This one tastes like the olive oil it’s based on. That’s it. Olive oil can be quite strong but I felt this was very mild and actually tasty. I like this and I’m glad I got it. ⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality. ⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.
