Perfection
Great taste! Sweet & sour enough but not overpowering. And you can actually taste the ginger. This is perfect for your sushi or sashimi and I eat quite a lot of both.

AMAZING FLAVOR! The spice to it is nice. The texture and thickness is good. Good value and size of the jar. I will definitely be buying more of the Fusion Select Sushi Ginger.

Not all Natural.
Product is not all natural. There is Potassium Sorbate E202, Aspartame E951 and Colorant E129. None of these are natural. Product even comes with a warning that this product can expose you to chemicals, including lead known to cause cancer. I would give it no stars if I could. False or deceiving advertising. Be aware: Product is non refundable. *I did get refunded from Amazon.

Highest Quality Pickled Ginger!
This is my favorite pickled ginger! Just a bit on the side of the plate makes made-at-home dishes like fried rice and beef and broccoli seem like a restaurant experience.
