Delicious pickled ginger for sushi and other Asian meals if you like. I love adding it to ramen and stir fry meals too! I never let my pantry be without it. 😁 This brand has never leaked during delivery. The brine can be a bit overwhelming sometimes for some people but that's easily fixed with a brisk rinse in cold water right before using. The ginger seems to have been fresh and young before being pickled sliced up into delicate thin strips that are everything they should be.

I love ginger. My wife and I both use it a lot. When our local store was out of stock on our regular brand I thought I would try this brand. NEVER again! This has got to be the worse ginger I have ever experienced. First there is the warning about the lead content! Next there is the terrible chemical taste. Its so bad you keep tasting this harsh chemical from the first place this stuff touched your mouth! I heave never had such a negative experience any ginger. I would strongly advise others to avoid this brand. Maybe I just got a bad batch but its so bad I think I need to put it in the trash rather than risk eating it.

I tried the Fusion Select Sushi Ginger and it’s honestly amazing! It’s the best ginger I’ve ever had—seriously top-notch quality. I enjoyed it straight out of the jar, that’s how good it is! Of course, it’s perfect with sushi or any dish you want to pair it with, but I loved it so much on its own.

It’s delicious! A little concerned about the lead warning on the container..made in China. I did order 2 more.
