I am taking one star off because it's not as sturdy as I had hoped.I bought this to relieve pressure from my mid back that I seem to get when on the computer for too long. I rest for up to 5 minutes per session and it has helped. The device is easy to put together and adjust so that the stretch isn't too severe depending on your issue.The one star removal is because sometime when I am stretching my arms at the same time as using the device, it can collapse a bit, which forces me to stop and adjust the device. If you just lie on it, it will not collapse, but if you intend to stretch other parts of your body, you might experience this.

It's an okay piece. The plastic does hurt when using a towel. It's better to use a few towels. I did get the right amount if cracks on my back. It's sturdy and does an okay job.

Bought this for myself, but mostly for my husband who’s a musician, which consists of carrying around a 15 pound guitar around your most sensitive spinal areas. His posture is pretty much compromised from how much he’s spent his life bending forward from it. His x-ray shows that his neck curves forward instead of slightly backwards. Nothing gives him relief besides seeing a chiropractor. The relief in his eyes sealed it for me. He can also use it while he’s sitting in his studio, or reading sheet music, or just playing guitar in general to support his posture. You have to bend it before you use it to set it to a certain level to your liking, I guess you work your way up to it. That was a little intimidating because I didn’t wanna break it but it was pretty sturdy, so I just had my dad bend it for me. You probably wanna set it on the highest level but seriously start off with level 1 because it really helps areas you wouldn’t think you had issues with. Take full advantage of it because you will get relief.

I spent about 5 minutes laying on this thing, moving it up and down my spine intermittently. It felt like a really good stretch, but I was expecting some good pops to happen and was disappointed when it didn't. The stretching helped, though. But then...When I got up, my soul left my body, as did my back pain. Is it a high quality item? Not exactly. But man, it works just well enough that I'm happy with the purchase.

This worked great for three days. Even on the lowest setting I could feel my back getting stretched and the muscles starting to relax. Then the arc collapsed and the support broke down and would just squish under me.

It's good, very good, not as good as u see in the videos on YouTube and stuff, but it's really good other than that, pops well, level 3 is the best but be slow!
