I've been taking Nature's Bounty super B complex for several years. I ran out approximately a month ago it didn't reorder out of curiosity to see how much Nature's Bounty super B complex has been helping me. After a week I was reminded of the nerve pain I had been dealing with as it has been pretty stagnant the last couple of years. Also, my energy levels had dropped so I quickly reordered my vitamins. After taking them again the pain is starting to decrease and energy levels slowly coming back after a week. This is one of my daily vitamins and will continue to take. I recommend.

I was a nurse in the UK for a long time and over there we never used to put much thought into our daily vitimins. When we moved here to the US to live 15 years ago my eyes were opened to the value of vitimins and B Complex is the one I value the most and think most people should take. Cheaper than store price and came the next day.

Seem to be pretty good, easy to swallow. Same gross taste and smell.

I'm giving this 5 stars just for helping with my hair not shedding as much. I don't care for the scent of the vitamin or the fact it turns my urine like yellow, yellow. I think I have more energy but I haven't had any negative side effects besides the urine color.
