This thing is HORRIBLE! It is way to confusing. U have to press the button several times to get it to heat. The directiond say to push it after each color of light flashes but non of them are clear. (And its obvious whoever wrote them is not to good with English)The white looks like the blue etc...WAY to much work for a coffee warmer. AND my coffee went cold after 10 min. This piece of crap is going strait back where it came from!!!!

Packaged nice, I thought it was going to be a bit better but it came in an envelope instead of a box, the construction is very thin I am almost afraid of putting it on a sensitive surface. Using on a solid surface would work well, warms beverages after they are hot from a brew but will burn hands. This product will keep a be erage warmer than a counter top.

Lived up to expectations...keeps my drink warm for quite a while

I like the look, I like the easy to clean glass top, I like the stainless steel edge, I like that it fits my 4" coffee Mug, I like the metal edge touch sensor controls and the lighted settings indicator, (Red High, Blue Low, Flashing Purple Standby, On/Off).It would be perfect except it doesn’t keep my coffee warm enough. My coffee went from 160 degrees to a lukewarm 100 degrees in about an hour. It kept it from cooling off as fast but I wanted it to maintain a drinkable temperature. I like my coffee to be at least 140 to 150 degrees. I tried a smaller cup incase my large mug was too big but it was the same. I put a large washer under the cup to make sure it had contact, it helped a little but not much.The problem is not the warmer (it gets hot!), the problem is trying to warm a ceramic cup that radiates heat faster than it can warm up through the thick bottom. Almost all ceramic cups have a concaved bottom which causes a gap. I tried a flat bottom metal camping cup, it was better but it too radiates heat fast and it’s too hot to hold at first. I put a insulating cozy around the flat bottom metal camping cup and it worked. Maintained about 130 degrees and took a long time to cool off to that. But the rim and handle are much too hot at first. I can always use a double wall stainless steel car cup to keep my coffee warm but nothing beats holding a warm ceramic cup and the warm aroma of the open top on those cool mornings. If they could come up with a ceramic cup with a flat heat conducting bottom, that would be great.

I picked this cup warmer because I really liked the clean and modern look/design of it. But I ended up throwing this thing away. It has a very very stupid control button. The LED light is too thin to see. And it has like 6-7 different settings!!! Why the heck so many? It's cup warmer, for God's sake! We only need 2 settings: on and off!!! The button is not a true button that you can press down (and feel it move). It's like a virtual button on your smart device's screen. I played with this button for 15 minutes then just gave up. Although sometimes I could get the darn thing hot, I was tired of all the trials I had to go through. Waste of my money!

It works really well, and you don't need a special cup.

Zoiibuy sent me a defective product. The warmer turns on by itself, won't stay on selected setting but cycles through on it's own. Too dangerous to leave plugged in. Set up a return and found I have to pay return shipping of at least $22.75 The warmer was 18.99. Guess I'm better off throwing it out! Looks nice but if they decide to send you a defective one, you're stuck. I would not purchase from this company ever again because of their refusal to pay return shipping on their defective products. Another thing....I think most of their positive feedback is written by someone within their own company just by the sentence structure.

Love the look and appreciate the somewhat relatively easy to set temperature controls. However, even at the maximum heat - which is the only setting that will keep my beverage hot - it MUST be used with the provided cup and lid OR a regular mug also with a LID. So not much better than its cheaper competitors as they also will not keep a beverage decently hot without a cup lid.

Super easy to use, good quality but it doesn’t heat as much As I would loved. Coffee stay’s at medium temperature.
