I'm a teacher and we are always putting up display artwork. This is almost commercial grade--be careful if using on old pained walls. We have posted this on brick and holds up on the stage perfectly! Highly recommend. However, this will mess up your scissor when cutting. Make sure you have some Goo-Be-Gone on hand!

I purchased this tape to hang a really light 5'x5' tapestry on my wall because I can't put holes in the walls as a renter. Not only did the tapestry fall right off the wall after several attempts, but removing the tape pulled the wall paint with it, which is very much no bueno. Also, it's difficult to pull the tape from the roll after a while because it sticks to the label.On the bright side, it's really cheap for the amount you get and for other uses, like fixing my outlet bar to the top of my table, it's sufficient.

I needed double sided tape for carper installation as well as some other smaller projects around the house. I didnt want to pay the crazy money that carpet tapes cost. Ive just installed threads on my stairs using this tape and it was amazing. It was easy and quick. Ive also used this tape to mount some photo frames which was also easy and quick. I looked at other options before ordering this particular tape and it was the best choice i could have made. It was cheaper and the quality is amazing. I will order again for sure. I forgot to mention that when I did make a little issue and tried to remove the tape, there was NO residue left on my newly painted walls.

Hard to unroll. Difficult to cut. Rolls up into a ball too easily. Definitely not easy to remove. If you want to stick something together permanently, this will work.

I was very skeptical, since I've never found any double-sided tape that would hold throw carpets down for a long time. But this tape is great! I have a throw rug in front of the sink and one in front of the fridge, which both get ALOT of traffic, and both rugs stay put. I especially like the one in front of the fridge staying in place, as it catches water drips from the automatic water dispenser. My only problem now is that I use alot of this tape since I have to replace it when I take the rugs up to wash them. But it's worth it - not really a problem!

This tape is easy to use; however, it is not very removable. It is hard to remove the tape from almost any surface without ripping off paint or leaving a lot of residue

I’ve ordered this tape a couple times. I use it to stick my carpets and runners to the floor. They stay put w the dog and kids running over them. I have found though that if I shampoo the rug the tape needs replaced but that doesn’t seem to be an unobvious problem. I haven’t had the issue with getting it off the floor but it does make the backside Olof the carpet look a little fury where you pull it off. Also not a concern since I only look at the top of my carpet not the back.

I'm disappointed in the poor performance of this tape. I purchased it to mount a motion-activated, battery operated light outside as I didn't want to put screw into my expensive wood door. First time I mounted it, it fell in less than 24 hours. Next time I mounted it, I followed suggestions from other Amazon shoppers. Washed and dried the area well. Then heated the area before mounting the light and while the light was mounted. Last longer, but fell after a few days. So the tape may work well with a lighter object, but not for the purpose for which I intended it.
