I wanted a charger that would stick on the bathroom wall so I can charge my Ionic while in the shower. This fit the bill quite nicely.The base is quite sturdy and has a shiny rubber non-slip base that would have very good traction on most surfaces. The unit is decently heavy too, so combined with the non-slip base material it stays put quite nicely on a desk. Fitbit slides right in, the molding around the edges of the Ionic make it very easy to get good alignment. This is far better than some other Ionic desk chargers that only grab the Ionic from the back, I have one of those and have to wiggle the Ionic around a bit to get good alignment.I wanted this charger on a wall though. So with some Medium and Large size Command Adhesive Refill Strips, I was able to stick it to the tile in my bathroom. This works very well, it's been on for a good week or two and is still quite solidly stuck in place.

Don't purchase on poor factory support. Offered remedy of option to purchase new model at 25% discount on a failed operating system update, without the option of assistance of a factory reset and return. While Apple products are expensive, you can't fault their product service. You can imagine instances where a damaged device by owner comes without manufacturer support, but not a failed operating system update on a product 18 months old. Avoid

I bought two of these chargers, one for my significant other and one for myself. The first six months they worked with no problems. After six months we started having charging problems. The Fitbit Ionic uses several small contact on the back of the watch used for charging. At first I thought they may have gotten dirty through day to day use. I cleaned them thoroughly and still hit an miss on charging our watches. The charging cable that came with the watch always works with no problems. I would NOT recommend this product to a friend.

I loved the stand and the easiness of charging but it started complaining that it wasn't getting enough power to charge it and then sometimes would work and then after 1 month it never worked again. A careful examination reveals a broken pin in the connector section. Would be a great product if it was built with high quality components so that it would break a pin when someone is placing the fitbit in the cradle.

Update 08-15-2019 - Vendor reached out to me, and agreed to send me a replacement, it finally arrived and is working, so have updated rating to 4 star.Update 07-07-2019 - charger lasted less than 5 weeks, and will not charge as anymore. Tried multiple plugs that work, and nothing. Very disappointed,🙁 do not buy.Original post: June 2019 - Clicks in easy, held by magnet, works good. Make sure it sits properly and shows battery left, otherwise it's not connected and wont charge. My preferred way to charge.

I love this product it's the 2nd one I have bought. Only issue I'm having is getting it to charge after all these mo. When I put it on dock it doesn't want to charge I have to keep pushing on it until I get a connect light. It worked perfect when I first got it. Might have to replace charger but not having any issues with watch and I get it wet alot

If you buy the protective band you have to remove the protective face plate wrist band for it to work. So I basically cant use it I have to use the magnetic plug.

This is dirt simple. Good product, works every time. No problems at all. I am a little surprised they refer to this as a mobile app. It's for a mobile device but it's typically used near a power source (Mac, PC, power charger, etc.) but it charges my Fitbit Ionic in less than an hour. I can then run all week on a charge. Great product.
